Not sure how add to cart service works?
1. How does add to cart service work exactly?
You purchase your ATC slot(s) On release day I will add the shoe(s) to your nike.com account that you provided. When given notification you will log into the provided nike account and checkout your shoe(s)
2. What if I decide I don't want the shoes anymore after I purchase an add to cart slot?
You can put in a request for a refund up to 3 days before the shoe(s) you purchased an ATC slot for release. On release day once shoes are in your cart, the order has been fulfilled and no refund will be issued rather you decide to checkout or not.
3. What if shoes are not in my cart?
If I'm unable to fulfill an order(s) a full refund will be issued to you. No questions asked.
4.What if I want two pairs of shoes on the same day?
Multiple orders requires separate ATC slots and nike accounts, even if it's for two different shoes.
5.What if Nike cancels or postpones a release?
In the event of a canceled release you will have two options. You can either receive a full refund or carry the order over to a different ATC slot as long as the price is the same. If price is different you will either have to pay or receive the difference. If Nike postpones a release your order will remain in good standing and will be fulfilled on the new release date.
6. Does ATC service guarantee a pair of shoes?
No ATC service doesn't mean guaranteed pair. ATC just greatly increases your chances at copping your favorite releases.
7. Do I have to purchase a new ATC slot for every release?
Yes, a new ATC slot must be purchased for each release.
