If we are unable the add the item to your Nike.com cart you will be issued a FULL REFUND!
Please note, this is THE ONLY circumstance in which a refund is in order. We are responsible to add the item to your Nike cart ONCE, and ONLY ONCE. Once we add the item to your cart, OUR JOB IS OVER!
Refund
1) Full refund if not carted
2) Full refund if cart jacked
3) Full refund if Nike won't let you checkout due to some reason on their side.
In order to qualify for #2-3 must provide proof
We are not responsible for...
1) You not waking up for the release
2) You not logging into your Nike.com account and checking out
3) You deciding that you do not want to purchase the item after we add to cart
